At the end of the process, you will be directed to credit or debit card payment through PayPal, but you do not need a personal PayPal account. To pay with a card, follow the prompts to use PayPal as a Guest. Click here for step-by-step instruction for reaching Guest payment vs. PayPal payment. They've been written for renewing, but joining should be similar.

Final Step

To complete your membership application, click the Pay Now button. If you exit before selecting Pay Now, your payment will not be processed and your membership application will remain incomplete.
